It goes without saying that you can work in our greenhouse. But did you also know that we have 3 modern processing halls, a passionate technical service, ambitious cultivation managers and a pleasant administration department?
During the high season, about 500 employees work in the greenhouses and processing halls. Together we ensure that fresh bell peppers are delivered to customers every day during the season. The high season for us runs from the end of March to the beginning of November.
The winter months are dominated by crop rotation and preparation for the next season. During this period we work with 150 colleagues. This ensures a varied workload for almost all colleagues in the organization.
In the greenhouses employees are busy with crop care. Another team is harvesting, each pepper is cut from the plant by hand. At our sorting lines, employees check the quality and operate the machine. This also happens at the packaging lines. Each team has its own team leader.
There are many more functions in the organization: cultivation manager, maintenance engineer, administrative employee, manager and logistics employees.
